ORDERING HARD COPIES FROM OUTSIDE OF PAKISTAN

To purchase the book outside of Pakistan, the purchaser can make the payment ($25 + shipping) using the given SWIFT / IBAN codes for online payments which cover the cost of the book and given shipping charges, which depends on which continent the book is to be shipped to.
